> Lead and manage employees of the mercantile Hardware department with an aim to guide the maximize performance.
> Ensure annual goal for the hardware department are met as defined by the managent in relation to service revenue, cost targets etc.
> Provide Strategic and tactical support delivery operations.
> Deal Directly with customers while required
>Maintain timely delivery of TAT ( Turn around time) of the service deliveries
> Resolve all complicated technical issues affecting the team.
> Authorize procurement of hardware, including the urgent local purchase of spare parts.
> Demonstrates strong domain knowledge and skills to provide strategic and tactical support to service delivery operations.
