Job Description
- To keep an inventory of the food and drinks menu received from the production kitchen daily;
- To register sales on a cash register, itemizing and totalling customers’ purchases;
- To collect payments from customers by accepting cash;
- To balance the cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of a work shift and handing over it to the supervisor at beginning of the shift;
- To clean the working area;
- To inform the production kitchen regarding the bakery items and store keeper for beverage and packaged food items when the items are running low or anything related to the selling items.
