Job Description
> Direct all operational aspects including sales and marketing, admin, human resource and operations
> Assess current market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
> Meets branch sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; preparing cost centers; analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
> Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities of internet and DTV/IPTV and policies to promote product and services in coordination with Regional Manager
> Managing, training and motivating team to drive efficiency and productivity
> Manage overall branch activities
> Perform duties as per assigned
