Job Description
- Develop plans and estimate costs for installation of systems, utilization of facilities, or construction of structures in a logical order
- Report maintenance problems occurring at project site to concerned person and negotiate changes to resolve system conflicts
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications
- Facilitate to analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
- To estimate material and worker requirement to complete jobs
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers
Job Specification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Good communication skills
- Good Knowledge of Brick work, IPS flooring and finishing work
- Must be familiar with Civil, plumbing and electrical finishing work
- Good knowledge of estimation and Costing
- Should handle sites independently
- Should lead a team of workers
- Should maintain the work quality and EHS standards
