Job Description

Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
1. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
2. Creating clear and concise reports.
3. Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
4. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
5. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
6. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
7. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
8. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
9. Managing the recruitment and selection process
10. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
11. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization in coordination with the HR manager.
12. Nurture a positive working environment
13. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
14. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
15. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
16. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
17. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Specification

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
2. Experience in human resources or related fields.
3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
4. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
5. Capable of following and maintaining workplace privacy.
6. Ability to give presentations.
7. Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
8. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
