Job Description
- Plan various activities for engagement in the social media platform for employer branding.
- Developing job descriptions and specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job agencies and social platforms
- Liaise with other managers to determine workforce requirements
- Screening, forwarding and shortlisting resumes to concerns department
- Scheduling interview with proper coordination with team leads
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Provide support in managing the applicant flow and maintaining applicant flow statistical data.
- Attending job fairs and other events and searching for talent to create talent pool to fulfill the current and future requirement
- Preparing offer letters and appointment letters and ensure signatures of concern authority
- Collection of personal documents and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure resource management for new onboards
- Ensure smooth onboarding process
- Coordinate for providing official credentials to new onboards
- Coordinate for end-to-end processing of ID cards and other necessary equipment for new onboards
- Maintaining and providing employee’s leave data monthly
- Prepare attendance sheets for interns and trainees monthly
- Prepare payment sheet for allowance distribution of intern and trainees
- Look after performance evaluation of interns and trainees
