Job Description
The Front desk officer shall be responsible for handling the reception, client service and other
administrative duties including setting up appointments, maintaining case/client’s profile as well as entertaining telephonic queries. In addition to these front desk staff shall also maintain and oversee petty cash account as well as act as a liaison for communication for all other staff when the information has to come through the front desk.Job Duties:
Client Profile Management
- Oversee Card Placement and issue of new cards to new customers
- Maintain Client database via proper indexing of case files, patient’s history and details
- Register new clients and update the database as needed
Client Service
- Welcome and receive all visitors including new clients and follow up cases
- Entertain telephonic queries from prospective client and follow up cases
- Schedule appointments and dates of follow up
- Handle official communication
Desk Administration
- Oversee billing by verifying day book entries
- Handle petty cash expenses of the office
- Facilitate patient flow by notifying all doctors (In house & Visiting) of their next day new appointments,
- follow up appointments and assist doctors in scheduling day to day tasks.
- Back up patient’s data and relevant information on official server and perform software day closing
