Job Description
> Provide leadership in the resolution of technical support issues
> Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
> Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
> Should have sound knowledge of DNS, Mail Server, Monitoring tools
> Prepare and maintain documentation of server and application environments
> Work with senior systems administrator at implementing new server technologies
> performed other duties as assigned by supervisor/line manager
