Job Description
- Manage Back office and call center team
- Prepare and store official documents like contract, agreements etc.
- Maintain or improve level of end to end Customer satisfaction.
- Handle the grievance of customers and merchants.
- Facilitate newly onboarded merchants after onboarding on Product and Deals upload, Order Processing from Customer to Merchants.
- Monitor sales report, customer reviews and product/deals database to identify potential product issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Implementing systems to avoid situations of over-stocking, out-of-stock, delays or partial shipments, expired Offer and deals.
- Develop strong relationships with Merchants and Customers- maintain cordial relations with existing/ new merchants and customers.
- Keep a track and follow up of pending payments and settlements with Merchants.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
