Knowledge/ Experience/ Skill

- High skills on assessing, analysing and reporting on organizational development and community governance are mandatory.
- Practicale knowledge on proposal writing, result framwork and theory of knowledge, monitoring and evaluation.
- Experiences in coordinating and organising advocacy, campaign and other promotional activities with multiple-actors including media, facilitating knowledge transfer and development of tools/guidelines are also required.
- Strong commitment, strategic thinking and learning attitude possessing proven capacity to work independently or with minimum supervision in team environment.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal communication and writing skills, both in English and Nepali languages are also essential.
- Be able to make frequent travels to the remote communities.
- Good computer skill, have a learning attitude, pleasant personality, energetic and interested to work in flexible hours.
- Execellent facilitation skills on M&E related topics.
