- Greeting customers in a welcoming manner, helping them find specific products
- Respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the company’s products or services
- Staying knowledgeable about the product
- Up to date with latest gadget trend and technology
- Assisting customers throughout the buying process
- Drive sales through engaging, suggesting and sharing product knowledge
- Team up with co-workers
- Prepare reports and send it to the management
- Keep store clean and tidy
- Availability to work flexible shifts
