Job Description
- Coordinate with our Digital Partner for the creation of marketing collaterals and overall content management for our social media
- Monitor our social media activities and be on the top of our digital presence
- Coordinate for press release and media campaigns at necessary times
- Keep track of the budget spent in our digital marketing and work on proper budget mapping
- Verify the bills of the digital marketing in relation to the expenditure made in the respective ad campaigns
- Update the content of company’s website on need basis
- Make attendance report from the system and prepare lunch report once a month and make necessary reporting
- Facilitate in the insurance claims made by employees and follow-up with the insurance company for claim settlement
- Assist in documentation and profiling in our system
- Support Head- HR & Corporate Communication for the necessary corporate communication and operational HR activities
